Jermaine Jackson wants to change his name to something a little brighter. He's asking a court to allow him to alter his famous surname and become Jermaine Jacksun. He said he wants to make the change for artistic reasons.

Jennifer Lopez is denying a German tabloid claim that she got a maid fired for requesting an autograph. J.Lo says she did no such thing. “C’mon thought you knew me better than this…Would never get anyone fired over an autograph.” Apparently the maid didn’t innocently ask for an autograph. She actually “barged” into J.Lo’s room unannounced and security kicked her out. Hotel management told Lopez the maid wasn’t fired, but was just transferred to a different property.
MODERN FAMILY DRAMA
14-year-old "Modern Family" actress Ariel Winter has been removed from her home amid allegations that her mother has been physically and emotionally abusing her. Last month, Ariel's older sister filed a petition for custody. Twenty years ago, SHE had been removed from her mother's custody due to similar allegations. Ariel's mother denies these claims. A hearing is scheduled for the 20th of this month.
