A Country Of Almost 30 Million, Runs Short On Toilet Paper

Venezuela, with a population of approximately 29,100,000, is running short on the most basic of necessities--toilet paper (TP).
Customers are rushing supermakets, grabbing rolls and rolls of TP Government officials have announced the importation of 50 million rolls of toilet paper to meet the needs of its citizens. One shopper said, “I've been looking for it for two weeks…I was told that they had some here and now I'm in line.”

A woman changed her baby's diaper on a Starbuck's diner table out of frustration when she discovered that the restaurant did not have changing accommodations in the bath room. Local Colorado police were called to calm the situation.
