Two men convicted in Britain of stealing MICHAEL JACKSON tracks from Sony Music's servers have received relatively light sentences. James Marks and James McCormick each were sentenced to

100 hours of community service.

They were able to download nearly 8000 files--including completed and partial tracks, art and video files--to their home computers. Chat logs taken from their computers showed the two hoped to sell or trade some of the files.

What punishment should they have gotten?
