Most adults sleep on their sides, according to a sleeping survey that coincides with National Sleep Day (Jan 3rd).
Other findings: 74 % wear pajamas, 8 % slept naked, 74% don’t remember dreams …..
74 % sleep on their sides, 6 % sleep on their stomach, and 10 % snooze on their back;
47 % shared a bed with a snoring mate
65 % say they get a restful night's sleep only three nights or less per week; 10 % indicated that they get a restful night sleep every night; 25 % get a good night’s sleep five to six nights each week
Sunday is the least restful night, while Friday proved to be the most restful.
(I am willing to bet the afore-mentioned facts are ties to the J-O-B. Am I correct?)
