What’s a teen boy want for his 16th birthday party

As it turns out, strippers and underage teens do NOT mix. At least that's the opinion of the South Glen Falls, NY police, who arrested New York 33-year-old mother Judy Viger this past Monday for allegedly organizing and paying for a stripper lapdance surprise for her son's 16th birthday.
