Michelle Williams says that -- despite all the reports out there -- Destiny's Child haven't set up a reunion during Beyonce's halftime set at the Super Bowl.

She tells WRUG Media Group, "That's not confirmed. It is [just] rumored. I'm gonna be in the musical Fela! I hate to disappoint the people and tell them that it's not true."

Williams adds that fans shouldn't give up hope for a live performance, since the group did "talk about it" recently. She expects them to reunite on stage "one day soon."
