Remember how Katt Williams got arrested three times in three days in Seattle a week ago? 

And he got arrested AGAIN this past weekend in Dunnigan, CA near Sacramento and having his tour be CANCELLED...AGAIN?

He probably should've been hauled in a FIFTH time.

Katt was upset at an audience member in Seattle who was recording his stand-up show and used his microphone cable to whip the guy, hitting him in the head with his mouthpiece. He then told the audience, "It could happen to you. Record me and see what happens to you. Go home and get your raggedy pistol and bring it back. I already got mine."

The man, Carlos Casto-Lino, is suing for $250,000, claiming Katt gave him a concussion.
