Comedian Katt Williams is facing a felony arrest warrant in Sacramento county.

The charges stem from an incident last month in downtown Sacramento.  Williams was allegedly seen driving his three-wheel motorcycle on city sidewalks near the Capitol on November 25th, and refused to stop when pursued by CHP officers.  Williams reportedly yelled to officers that he wouldn't stop.  The chase was called off due to safety concerns.

District Attorney Jan Scully is charging him with evading police and reckless driving.  The incident followed a report that the comedian created a disturbance at the Hyatt Hotel earlier in the day.

Williams is also being charged with battery for hitting a teenage employee at the Woodland Target location.

The comedian was arrested last month in Oakland and last weekend in Seattle.  He failed to show up yesterday for a scheduled arragnment in Washington state.
