Just a day after NBA owners officially rejected a bid to relocate the Sacramento Kings to Seattle, the team's owners have agreed to sell the Kings to a Sacramento-based group, according to the Sacramento Bee.

Software billionaire Vivek Ranadive came to an agreement to purchase 65 percent of the Kings from the Maloof family for approximately $348 million, sources said. The Kings' total valuation in the sale is $535 million, an NBA record.

A friend's careless driving has landed George Michael in a British hospital -- where he was airlifted after suffering a head injury in a car crash.

George was a passenger in a Range Rover that crashed on a highway near London on Thursday afternoon and suffered a relatively minor injury. Still, the emergency response team released a statement saying, "[George] sustained a head injury and following treatment, stabilization and immobilization by land and air ambulance crews, he was flown to the hospital for further care."

The name and condition of the driver were not released.

Star Trek: Into Darkness actress Zoe Saldana is standing by her comments in the June issue of Allure Magazine that she may end up in a same sex partnership.

 “No, it wasn’t a generalization,” Zoe tells Hollyscoop. “It was a statement that I strongly stand by. As of today, I’ve been attracted to the male species, but if one day I wake up and want to be with a woman, I will do that because it is my life, therefore it is my decision.”
